over the weekend, jess' sister teresa was in town. we went over to her mom's house, where teresa cooked such delicious food! i think i usually only get to see her about once or twice a year, if i'm lucky. she lives in minnesota and i never go there so only when she makes it out here do i get to see her. we used to work together in laura's family's coffee shop, but that was years ago.
recently, on my camera, i discovered a setting that allowed me to do some editing in camera and create sort of a double exposure. i like the effect and i'd like to try and experiment more with it.

Welcome
this is where i share my photographs, my rambling thoughts, the books i read, and what i create in the kitchen. if that's not enough information, click here for more.
Oh I love double exposure! It's a setting where it takes different photographs that you already took? Or like, you take one and then the other one and it pairs them automatically? (I'm not su I made much sense... Hahaha ) that's so cool. I'm already imagining some double exposure with peoples faces and landscapes. I was just noticing your photo and hour. When I finally get my camera I'm so going to do something like that! It's a really good creative exercise.
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting iver on my blog btw! I responded back on mine. I really really love what you're doing here!
yeah, it overlays two photos that i already took. i just had to find two pictures i wanted to put together.
ReplyDeleteoh, tomorrow, i'm doing a food post again! i think i'm going to bake something or possibly cook dinner. i also had waffles today and took cool photos of that. maybe i could do double exposures with the food photography.
