At the last minute, my brother asked me to go along today to Mother's Day brunch at Devon Seafood & Steak. They had excellent coffee and their Belgian waffles were so delicious. Within our first round through the buffet, my mom and I collected a plate of little desserts. They had pana cotta that was amazing. I like how they served them in little espresso cups. So cute. I think my mom enjoyed herself and she was very excited for her iPod that my brothers got her (I already got something for her when they were scrambling at the last second...boys). I jokingly told one of them to get her a puppy, but now she wants a cat. I think my babies convinced her that cats aren't so bad.
