I'm still exhausted from this past weekend. I will never catch up on enough sleep. This summer has just flown by. I can't believe it's already August. I suppose it's because I have kept myself busy that the days are flying by. I'm glad that I've been getting out of the house, exploring, and having fun. I photographed the Midwest Latin Dance Festival this weekend, which is why I'm so exhausted. There were dance workshops with instructors from all over during the day, performances, and a social each night (Friday & Saturday). There was also a pre-party to kick things off Thursday night. It's a lot, I know. I had a lot of fun, though. I got some great photographs, met some very nice and interesting people. It was a very fun experience and I can't wait until next year. My brother is actually the brain-child behind all of this and I'm happy to help/participate. I look forward to going through all of the photographs over the next couple of weeks. I've left a little preview of what's to come.
